Gribraltar is a small country in southern Spain next to the strait of the same name . It is a territory controlled by the United Kingdom of Great Britain although the spanish began to assert certain rights in the tiny territory of Gibraltar peninsula .

Gibraltar has a population of only 30,000 inhabitants and one stadium where all the teams involved in the championship of Gibraltar are playing, Victoria Stadium is shared by all club teams and also used by the national team . Not yet a full member of FIFA , they cannot participate in World Cup qualifiers but , as Uefa accepted their application for a full membership, Gibraltar, the little semi-independent state received the right to participate in the qualifiers for Euro 2016.
